some problem with the ies light

i have some problem about the ies light?
the red line i have put 2 ies light ~ but no have light effect and the material is black mirror...
can some one tell me how to settle it ?

please explain better, maybe with some top wireframe screen shot and also your material setup. At the moment I'm not sure what you mean. The lights are inside the unit and the black is suppose to be frosted glass?
