Vray license error code -197

Hello all
my IT guy just installed Vray 2.0 on a new virgin, 64 bit machine, (never had 1.5 on it) but the dongle was from a 1.5 license from on old box
install went well, wibu-key also went well (we think this 64 bit /32 bit is a bitch with this key)
we launch Vray floating license and it seems to be working
now in Max 2012,when switching renderers to Vray, I get the message "could not obtain a license (-197)
anyone have any idea whats wrong, or have a solution
I really need some help on this one

Your dongle should be updated. To this end, here is what should be done:
(*) Make sure the dongle is plugged in and start the V-Ray license server, if it is not already running
(*) Open a web browser on the same workstation (Internet explorer or Mozilla Firefox for example) and type this into the address bar (this is a regular web site link):
http://localhost:30304/goupgrade
Please type the link exactly as is it and press enter.
(*) When the "Success" page opens after the operation is done, save the remote context file (context.wbc) by right-clicking on the link and using Save Link As.. / Save Target As...;
(*) E-mail us that file

We will return another file which simply has to be double clicked to transfer the new data on your dongle.
