max hair doesn;t show on alpha in vray

Is there anyway to be able to add max hair and fur to show in alpha channel ? Right now after rendering it omits it.

are you using mr prem or another method?

Also, when you say "after render", do you mean it is there during render, but gone afterwards?

mr prem, and hair show up in VFB but in alpha channel it doesn't and when saving file also nothing

Can you post a scene for this? Seems to work fine for me.

AH I must have messed something at first, now it's working fine.
