dongle stopped working

I get an error 17 when i try to run my licence server. Vray 1.5. Please help.

Thanks! It's good to know about the online dongle. I got it to work. It had a thin film of aluminium stuck in the usb, i've been hauling it around for a couple of weeks until this company sorts out theirs.
