Moving camera, small object flicker

Could be the geometry you are trying to render is smaller than a pixel. Rendering 2x your final resolution will help and then down size it in post. You can also look at setting your Hsph subdivs to say 100 – 120. Also Increase your interp samples which will blur the samples to hide some of that flickering but you will loose GI detail.

1/8 wont fix the issue. You need to increase min samplers and decrease both adaptive amount and noise. For example 3/16 with adaptive amount of 0.65 and noise of 0.005 Also if you have no filtering on that texture, apply a 1.0 blur, blurring will resolve a lot of flicker in textural details.Dmitry Vinnik

thanks all, I will try your two solutions 1/8 lower Noise threshold, and a 3/16.
It seems, that on my test render, I try a DMC 2/5 0.005 and it already a lot better. I hope that Motion blur will erase every other problem.
DMC 2/6 is a lot longer don't know why that much. 18 min per frame VS 12 Min W/ 2/5 on a 2600K-16Go.
