DR computer selection

We are having an issue on multiple computers. We are trying to split up our render farm so we can render multiple jobs at the same time. We have two backburner managers and servers running. 1/2 of our render farm is being used by one, and the other half is being sent to the 2nd mangager. The problem is, when using DR through backburner it isnt using just the computers we have selected. Its using all of them. For example. we have 20 render farm computers. In my scene I tell it to send the job to manager 1, using DR computers 1-10. However, when it starts to render, all 20 of the computers are render the image, not just the 10 I told it to use.
