Vray lens effect problem.

Currently I'm trying to use the vray lens effects. My workflow is rendering the scene with lens effects active but bloom and glare off so the settings aren't automatically applied. Now my problem is somehow after the render is finished bright pixel become very "grainy" before having any lens effect applied.

Problem persists pre 2.20 and with 2.20

Sorry I can't send the scene because the files present in it are from a client. I naild this problem down to the vray sun. Other light sources won't cause the same behavior.

I didn't solve the problem yet. I just know it has something to do with the vray sun. Sorry if I wasn't clear about this.
