Weird glass materials show black in just one file.

I have a strange problem with a file , that i imported to max 2012 to
render in vRay 2.0 , the glass materials despite right configured show black not transparent or reflective,
How the reflections refractive options got turned off.
both in the renders and in the material editor.The file was not created by me .Can someone help ?

Try making a render preset from a file that works and then loading into this scene. Chances are something like refractions are turned off or the global glossy override is off.

You might also be losing your license, which will cause vray to show materials black in the material editor.

Yes Thank you Deflaminis.
That was only this particular file , received from another 3d artist, and The new preset I made really solved it.
The glasses are showing now.
My license is fine, thank you.
