  • 2012 slow performance with floating windows/ vfb.

no idea if this is max 2012 or vray, but ive got incredibly slow updates when i try to move the vfb or if i click the save image button, wait 15 seconds for file broswser to appear, 15 seconds for it to close, 15 seconds to close vfb etc... generally its all dog slow.

anyone else had this, really noticing as ive set up 60 camera angles in the last 2 days and seem to have spent all my time waiting for things that should be instant.

    Same s*hit!
I just can't seem to trust myself
So what chance does that leave, for anyone else?

Is it something to do with windows aero ? You might want to turn off transparent/blurry windows etc. I think that worked for me.

No, the actual problem is in the 3ds Max code for Nitrous.

Not for the moment unfortunately. I know that the guys at the ADN looked into the issue and found the problem, but I do not know when it will be fixed.

                Best regards,
