Error retrieving configuration file
Hi all
I have a hell of a ride behind me... i wasen't able to setup my backburner because of the "Error retrieving configuration file" prompt.
now all i found was this, which got me close to a solution:

telling me this:

"I’ve solved my problem !
I replace the backburner.xml file in
C:\Users\"username"\AppData\Local\Autodesk\3dsMax\ 2012 - 64bit\enu\BackBurner (3ko)
by the one in
C:\Users\"username"\AppData\Local\backburner (8ko)
(these paths are for windows 7)
and it worked immediately (no need to restart max)

but i have max design and it diden't fix it at all...
so i had the idea of organizing e an backburner.xml file from the normal max and not the design edition.
and now it works!
here the xml:
backburner.xml.txt
so you got it fixed faster than me
