Transparent Materials Not Displaying In Viewport

Hello,

Is this a known issue? I have a vray material with a diffuse and opacity map assigned, yet the textures will not display in the viewport unless only the show map button is turned on for the diffuse map. It should be able to display both in order to see the combined diffuse & opacity channel effect.
