Bug report (even though very insignificant) v2.30.01

Don't know if this is the proper forum for bug reports, or if there perhaps is an email address I'm supposed to use, but here it goes:

When I save a frame in the render history buffer, the small VFB History path dialogue's title is in Chinese.

Realizing this a borderline silly issue to report, but since I know the 2013 Max release was all about uniformat language, I thought perhaps this problem might indicate a deeper issue with this.

There's nothing deep about it, simply some conversion from MBCS to Unicode is missing (the V-Ray VFB is still MBCS, not Unicode). There are a number of such smaller issues that we failed to notice. They will turn out one by one, I suppose
