Support emails being copied to my email address?

Not sure what's going on, but I seem to be copied in on some email support requests to Joel Eckert regarding DR - any idea what's going on and why I am getting these? Is it spam? Is it a virus? Have I put in a support request that I'd forgotten about under a different name???

Any ideas?

It might be that your email was added to the issue by mistake - please email our support guys with a copy of the emails that you are getting and they will try to sort it out.
