Unhandled Exception rendering scene

Hi,

I'm getting an Unhandled Exception rendering the following scene. The error is not consistent, usually it renders fine the first time but fails others (Max 2010 64 bit, VRay 2.30.01).

The problem seems to be in the editable poly object, but i don't know the reason. Any suggestion ?
