vraytoon include list crashing max

Not sure if this is a max issue or vray bug but I can reproduce it easily.

If I have a vraytoon effect and I click remove when there is nothing in the list it will crash max. Not a huge problem but it can be an unpleasant surprise when removing items from the list in a brash manner...

Using max 2012 64 update 7 and vray 2.20.03
