Problems with strange looking pixels in render, how to remove them.?

I have this this render I am working on and I get these colorful pixels in my render preview.

Why are they appearing.? How can I remove them.? (It looks like they are not showing, up when the render ends)

I have not "view clamped colors" turned on in VFB.

Try clicking on the "Force color clamping" button in the VFB and make sure it is pressed. Hold the button for a second to show the option to either clamp the colors, or to show invalid colors - choose the clamp option.
