  • MultiMatte for objects behind glass not working....

    Hi,

I have Checked the "affect all channels" in Refraction of the glass material and the MultiMatte with the correct ID of the object behind the glass but i get black MUltiMatte for the objects behind the glass.

In the following images i show the floor wood material that i want to Matte for compositing....

    Thanks,

it worked on my small test, can you give us more details, or perhaps post a part of your scene.

have you tried a simple test like refract cube in a sphere and get a multimatte to show up that way? essentially that's what I did and it worked.

mmmmm...refract cube in a sphere or inverse?¿ thus, in this example i have my furniture (to me matte) inside the shop (refract).

But yes, in other simple test it works...for sure i have something weird but can imagine since i checked lot of times!!

            thanks,

Is the glass a "matte" object? It looks like it is affecting the alpha so it is cutting out the multimatte
