Vray Lens Effect problem

Hello,

I just cant get it work.


Here is two images. One with bloom and one with glare.

I tried all kind settings but I just cant get it work. In scene I used HDIR with DOME for lighting plus vray lights in candles.

Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong?
