Vray Proxy Error Crashes Max on last bucket completion

When using vray proxies in the nightly build (2.45.01) max will crash with the attached error message just as the last bucket completes or if you click "cancel". Is there something we are doing incorrectly? Please note that these proxies were also created with this same night build.
