lightselect element not working

Hi,

I'm trying to use the lightselect element for the first time.
It's not rendering anything, I'm pretty sure I did everything right.
Using; Max2013, vray 2.40.03.
A simple scene with a box, vrayplane and two lights, rendering to the VFB.
Vraycam with exposure and basic GI.
Two separate vraylightelements in render elements, both with one light selected.
The result renders black, rgb channel looks fine.
Any ideas?

You likely don't have vray materials on the box and plane? Far as I know the buffered elements will only work on objects with vray materials.

All good - I'm using vray 10 years and max 17 years and I still make plenty of dumb mistakes each day
