Wibukey error

Hi, I've got a problem with the latest vray on 3dsmax 2014 (windows . When I start vrlservice.exe i receive an error like that :

I tried reinstall vray but this didn't help too much...
Have any suggestions?

EDIT: solved, there was a problem with my usb ports
