  • [V-Ray] Could not obtain a licence (backburner)

    Hello,

Since we have deployed 3DS max 2014 and V-Ray 2.4.04 we are having issues with backburner not being able to obtain a licence.
We have Two PC with licences, the Primary licence server and the Alternative licence server are pointed to them. It a hit and miss sometimes they get picked up most of the time they don't.

I would appreciate any assistance as this has crippled our animation pipeline.

    Thanks in advanced!

    I figured it out...
Something happened when removing V-Ray 2013 on the licences machines. I had to delete the delete the ChaosGroup folder under common files and then re-install V-Ray 2.4.04.
