Time out for license server

Is there a way to make the server timeout faster? I'm usin the license I have at the office via a VPN, but I'm not always connected, and not always working with Vray, but starting MAX without being connected to VPN, MAX stays for like a minute waiting for the Vray license not responding. Do you really need to check for the license if the plugin is actually not in use?

Ys, there is an environment variable for this, but I have to check the name.

could you check this? Max really takes too long when I'm not on the VPN.

The environment variable is VRAY_CONNECT_TIMEOUT and is a value in milliseconds; the default is 50000 which means 50 seconds but I suppose that you can set it lower.
