  • Alpha channel - Behind glass - Interiors

I have this interior I am working on, where I have 2 windows, where I would like to have an alphachannel to replace the background image.

I use a HDRI and tick invinsible. But I haft to unhide the glass object to make this work.

Is there not a workaround so you can render a rgb pass with alpha channel an have the glass object turned on.??

Did you tick affect shadows and affect all channels in your glass material?

There's various ways to do this, we need more info to help you better.

As an alternative cheat just stick in a MultiMatte Element and mask your glass with that
    Kind Regards,
