using tiled exr - why mapping dont fit anymore?

hi,

after converting to tiled exr, the mapping dont fit anymore.

the exr looks quite too big, like factor 100. whats wrong here?

i am using max2014, SP1; Vray: 24501_23668

VFB gives me same result as in preview here.

Would it be possible to send us your scene? Just one object and both image files (TIFF and EXR) you are using.
