vrimg to exr error log4cplus

Trying to use for the first time the VRImg to EXR.
As soon as I clicked "input file", the command line return 50 line of log4cplus error.
Looking at google-> more for coder than basic guy like me!

What are the OS and V-Ray versions?
Would it be possible to attach a screenshot of the Vrimg2exr error window?
