Batch Rendering

I am having trouble with batch rendering. It starts the process, but before it begins the first render the software crashes. Is anyone able to assist with this?

Any help would be grateful.

Which version of Max/Vray you are using ?
Have you tried to render a very simple scene with Batch Rendering - nothing fancy just a few primitives and a light ?

Hi Svetlozar,

I am using 3ds Max 2013 with v-ray 2.0.
I have tried a simple scene and it seems to work. I also tried a slighty more complicated one and it works. However, larger more detailed scenes are not working.

Thanks for the information - would you please specify which is the exact version of Vray ?
If it is possible please send us one of those unsuccessful batch rendering scenes and explain us briefly how did you setup batch-rendering process.
We could provide our FTP server if is needed - just let us know at support@chaosgroup.com
We will also need your computer specification , expecially the amount of RAM you have installed on the machine.
By the way are you able to render unsuccessful batch rendering scenes with regular render instead of batch-rendering ?
