Open EXR 2, deep compositing and max 2012

Hi everybody
My problem is more a question than a problem...
I'm really interest to use exr 2.0, i've seen some great tutorial about it with nuke and the deep compositing, but does it possible under max 2012 X64, does i've to switch on max 2014?

Deep EXR is already supported in the latest Nightly Builds for Vray 2.x and in Official Vray 3.0 beta release.
It is supported in Max 2012 as well.
