Reflection error

I've been noticing this problem for awhile. This is a VrayRawReflection pass and as you can see there is a circle of no reflectivity. I saw someone else post this problem but the proposed solution was to flip the faces of the geometry that was causing the problem. That doesn't fix this issue.

cutoff threshold is too high, under the material - options - change the cutoff to .001 instead of .01
that should solve it
