urgent license problem

I just bought vray 3.0 and I have renders to deliver today that were goign on when I received mr rtu file. I installed it and now my render stoped. The server status is running but max can't obtain license.

and now chaosgroup support is not responding, maybe you are closed...

It is very important I have to deliver in afew hour!!! please help

Ok I restarted a couplpe of time unplugged and replug the dongle and kick the walls and everything and everything is back normal now. I don't know what happen but I will remember never to update rtu file while doing urgent renders....

Are you still on the beta version or installed the final release version? The beta version doesn't work with the final dongle licenses.

Shut down PC, take a break - coffee - come back. It usually fixes all for me when it comes to licensing...

I had to enable the new vrlservice through the firewall of the server.
