VFB image path

Embarrassingly, I don't know if this is a new problem or something I've just not noticed before but when I save a render from the VFB in one folder, then save my max file (outside of that folder) the VFB will then navigate to that location rather than where the last render was saved.

Has that always been the case? Would it be possible to get the VFB to remember the last path where you saved a render in the same session?

I am not sure if this could be related to Vray cause it behaves to same way with Max Frame Buffer.
