Hi all,
this is my first post here.
I found what it seems a problem with vray fog and distribute rendering.
I was working with a hdri applied to a vray dome light. I have then set up a vray environment fog.....and I have noticed that my machine was rendering in a very different ways compared to the render nodes. In fact, the render nodes were rendering correctly the fog, whilst my machine was rendering the effect much darker.
After few test...I have solved the problem by putting the same hdri map into the override slot and in to background slot. Then every machine was rendering in the same way.
It seems to me, that my machine didn't see the hdri applied to my vray dome light. But I wonder why the rendernodes did it right.
Am I bringing something well known or is it new to you?
Thank you very much for your attention.
regards
F
