Problem with V-ray 3.00.03 license

I formatted my computer and reinstall all programs. Starting with 3d max and v-ray.

Is everything in order. Services run, execution as administrator, I get this problem when starting a render.

If you have upgraded from 2.4 to 3.0 you have to have the dongle reprogrammed with the new licence.
Here is instructions on how to extract the .wbc file from your dongle. http://www.spot3d.com/vray/help/200R..._quick_2_0.pdf (Look at bottom of pdf)
If you send that extracted file to Chaos they will send back a small file to upgrade the dongle
