Vray license server keeps dropping out...

We're getting a problem (which seems to be getting worse) where the license server stops giving out licenses (ie it's set up on a remote machine, and the machines that connect to it can't see the license)... it's intermittent and sometimes another attempt and rendering and it's back. Checked all the usual, cables, power settings etc... but cant seem to find the issue... it's not throwing any errors or anything... just doesn't give out the license. A reboot solves it if it gets stubborn.

Is there an update to the server? Think we're on version 6 of wibu for max 2010 & 2013.

Which OS it is running? Do you have V-Ray server set as a service or you start it by hand?
What V-Ray version is this?

Our V-Ray build 3.0 requires the latest license server version to be used.
As far as I know, the latest Wibu driver for Windows is 6.2, but most probably the Wibu drivers are not related to the problem you have with the license.

As far as I know, the latest Wibu driver for Windows is 6.2, but most probably the Wibu drivers are not related to the problem you have with the license.

It's set a service. However we think we have found the problem. We had two dongles on the license server machine, and it doesn't seem to like that. Because one of the dongles only was for Vray 1.5 we took that off the machine and it seems to have worked and it no longer drops out.
