Vray Memory Problems

I am experiencing some memory issues while rendering with vray 3.0:

I have a quite simple scene, some low-mid poly objects and a studio setup. No heavy textures. Scenefile is about 50mb. When I open the scene max uses just some hundred mb of ram. On the first render Ram usage goes instantly to 10gb. When the render is finished the Ram is not cleared. With every new render usage rises about 1gb until everything is used up. Is that behaviour normal?

Hard to say... do you have any Hair&Fur in the scene? In any case, it would be best to email the scene to vray@chaosgroup.com for investigation.
