DR not working. Server is currently busy!

Hello, I can't get DR working on a slave.
Sometime it works, sometime not.
I shutdown windows defender (win 8.1) on the slave.
The CPU show that it is running from 20 to 48% for 10 second, and that's it.
The scene is just a test scene with a plane and some primitive.

The message is either: not responding or the server is busy.

What should I do next?

First make sure that V-Ray spawner is running and 3dsmax.exe is in the Task Manager and is stable (i.e. doesn't open and close the whole time).

Next, check the V-Ray log file (normally in the %temp% folder) for any clues as to what is going on.
