Installation problem 3.0

I am trying to install 3.0 but it will not recognize the licenses. I sent in the wbc files to chaos but never received either of the rtu files back. Could someone check on why I have not received them or if they are still required to update the dongle. Thanks.

Thanks Vlado! I appreciate the quick response and what a great update! Looking forward to exploring it more in depth. I have been using v-ray since the very first beta version and I must say, you guys are the best for customer service and of course, the best software in the business. Thanks again.
