  • Render camera bug - not rendering through camera but perspective

As the title says. I select the vray cam in the viewport. Make sure it is locked in the render dialogue, hit render and it still renders the perspective view. All exposure is wrong obviously and view is from a previous perspective point. I think you have to unlock camera and re-lock/deselect camera and re-select. That seemed to resolve it. It's happened a few times whilst working on a recent project. Didn't do this when using vray 2.4.

Seems like a bug to me.
    Regards

I often get this if my viewport is maximised and I switch between them with the keyboard shortcuts. Only surefire way for me to get it to always render what I tell it, is to see all 4 viewports, and make sure your camera view is the one on bottom right. None of the other viewports should be a camera view. I can then maximise my camview and render.

I've had this for the last 2 or so years, so use to it already that learnt to live with it and the maximise minimum thing is already second nature. I've always suspected it to be a max bug
    Kind Regards,
    Morne

Would it be possible to give us step-by-step instructions how to replicate the bug into our environment.
A scene containing the bug would be also very helpful.
