Object ID and Matertial ID will not render?

I can't figure out how to get those two render elements to render. I added them to the render elements and used both Vray frame buffer and max frame buffer but every time the just come out black?
What am i missing. It's happening on any scene i try to render out.

Sorry, may sound stupid, but did you actually set Object IDs on your objects ? Same for materials ?

Most Probably the Materials or Objects are not linked properly in the Render Element options.
Can you send us the scene for investigation?

3.if the file is too big we could provide our FTP-server just let us know at support@chaosgroup.com

Hello Gadzzoks,

If you want to see your objects in VRayMtlID and VRayObjectID render elements, you have to set:

- Material ID channel in V-ray material

- Object ID in Object properties of the object
