If you are using V-Ray 3.x there is an option in the DR settings to 'Transfer Missing Assets' to the slaves, I leave that on by default and have had no problems with it so far with 10 slaves on my farm. Hopefully that might help if Im understanding your problem correctly.
    Cheers,

That is strange, I wish I could suggest something more to help you out but hopefully one of the chaos people or someone else can chime in and suggest something more. what version of max and v-ray are you using? Have you tried to reboot and see if that helps at all?
        Cheers,

Are you running the V-Ray spawner as a service or manually? If it is running as a service, did you set up a user for the service?

            Best regards,
            Vlado

              Hi Vlado.
Ya see I resolved the problem ... I think
It was run manualmnete DR service in each tray.
              Now have no problems.
But it's slow if you have a farm of 40 machines.
              Greetings.

Its what I use. When I start it by hand its as administrator by default. If I use spawner it fails... Just drag ur spawner shortcut to startup in window.- for maya at least. Or use ReFaMo and cmd mass command.

You can make VRaySpawner service to log on with local machine account instead of the local System account as it set by default in order to be able to access the maps/textures.
In order to do this open Services (expand Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services), find VRaySpawner service and with right mouse click expand the drop down menu, choose Properties option and once there go to "Log On" tab.
Check the option "This account" and put in the boxes User and Password of the local machine account. Then restart the service.
                  Best regards,
