Problem with DR and LightCache

When I'm with the DR option, the lightcache not appear previewed. How can I fix this?

Hi,

Generally the Light cache preview should work with or without DR. Which V-ray and 3ds Max version is this ?
Assuming that ' Show calc phase' is checked.

Is it scene dependent? If yes please send us the file to run a test.

Go to GI settings>Light cache>enable Show calc phase.
