3DS MAX Design Freeze

All of a sudden, within the pat two days, MAX freezes all the time. When i go to shaded mode, I am seeing old stuff that has been changed, and the MAX freezes.

If it is related to a specific scene you can send it to us. Otherwise you can try to reset 3DS Max or switch off all plugins one by one in order to localize the culprit.

How do you "switch off plugins"?

it might have started when I imported a model with an older color correction material. I removed the ColorCorrection, but the scene is still problematic.

I went to install the colorcorrect plugin again, it said that it already existed, so I removed it and reinstalled it. Now, it seems to be working. The odd things is, originally when I imported the model it said that the plugin didn't exist.

That's indeed strange but fortunately the issue is gone now.
