Looks like if you build a list of objects to exclude from VrayToon, then turn those object off and then add some more objects to the list, the first set of objects that were added and now off, disappear from the list. Not ideal, so I hope this is not by design and can be fixed. If I have a couple different schemes in a model and turn pieces on and off and need to exclude certain things from VrayToon it really messes up my exclude list when I exclude additional items.

Include/exclude list for VRayToon

Sure, you can start with a new scene.
Create a teapot, put it on Layer 1
Create another teapot, put it on Layer 2
Add VRayToon effect in the Environments and Effects box
Add the first teapot to the include/exclude list for VRayToon
Turn off Layer 1
Now add the 2nd teapot to the the include/exclude list for VRayToon
You should now have both teapots in that list, but teapot 1 goes away because it's turned off and now you only have teapot 2 in the list, even if you turn Layer 1 back on.
This is a simple example, but when you build a more complicated exclusion list and turn layers on and off and add more objects to exclude it really messes everything up.
