License Issue

We have a temporary situation where we have 1 extra person that what we have licenses for. It works ok(ish) since its all networked so everybody isnt using a license all the time. All 4 workstations point to the 3 that has dongles.
BUT!
every so often, a license is missing, even though the 4th doesnt even have max open and no spawner is open on that pc (and no backburner). This can be any combination of workstations, they all do it.

And what is MORE weird. You can't see your settings in the render settings because you have no license, but the pc renders fine?!? (even with the 4th not being in max)
It is a very random thing and happens about 50 percent of the time

The render licenses are different from the UI licenses, so it is completely possible that the UI doesn't open, but the renders go fine.

When this happens again, can you open the license server status page and see where the licenses go?
