  • Weird noise in consecutive glass panels.

Hi all. I hope someone can help me solve this problem.
I´m having serious problems using Vray 3.0. If i put more than 3 glass panels in any scene i get lots of noise impossible to remove and ridiculous render times. But if i render the exact same scene in Vray 2.3 y get clean and fast results.

    Scene info:
    New scene. All default.
    5 glass boxes (1cm).
    No GI
Vray Sun+Sky 32subdiv (just in case)

    Material info:
Black diffuse 100% reflect & Refract. Max depth 64 (just in case this was the problem)

here is the images of the alpha channel where the noise it´s more visible.

Looks like it´s known issue. It´s there any solution?. I need to increase AA a lot just to clear some of the noise (not all of it) and this cause all mi setup render a lot slower.

You can email me to vlado@chaosgroup.com - I can get you a preview of the next SP to see if it works any better.

          Best regards,
          Vlado
