artifact to maped Cut Length

In the version before 3dsMax2014 + VRay 3.00.08 (and Nightlies), if a map is set to The Cut Length of Hair, an artifact will come out.

no problem mentalray (before 3dsMax2014)
And also with max2015 in V-Ray no problem.

wishes correction by the version before max2014.

problem is the Shave side?

The problem is in Hair&Fur, so we can't really do anything.. You will have to use max 2015 for this kind of setup.
