    HI

    Animating sun moving with moving camera no other moving objects.

    Followed the guide here - http://help.chaosgroup.com/vray/help...m#use_cam_path used use camera path on irradiance map and light cache, then turned off light cache to none.

    If I then render locally. with the precalled light maps, it slowly starts to render. however when I send it to all 10 machines on the farm, it doesn't start just sits there on rendering with the clock going higher and higher.

    Has anyone else experienced this?

    Would you please first let us know the exact versions/service packs of V-Ray/3DSMax/OS?

    When sending the job to the farm, are you using V-Ray Distributed Rendering or render manager like BackBurner and etc?
    Have you tried to send the job to a fewer machines like 1 or 2 for example?
    Can you send us the log file from the worstation/slave machines?
    Would it be possible to perform the same test on newly created scene with only basic primitives? Avoid using any pre-made stuff and use the same animation approach like in the original scene.
