avast antivirus detecting startvrlservice as a rootkit

I have avast antivirus telling me that startvrlservice in "C:\Program Files\Chaos Group\V-Ray\3dsmax 2015 for x64" is a rootkit and suggesting to delete it...

Would it be possible to email us to support@chaosgroup.com with the exact version of Avast that you are using? We had a similar issue with one of the V-Ray plugins which they fixed quickly.

Yep, I can confirm this issue. License cannot be found. Thought of avast straight away !

I guess there's no way to add startvrlservice to something like an ignore list ?
Or disabling Avast agent for some time maybe ?

Well you can certainly run the V-Ray license server manually (f.e. from the Start menu); startvrlservice is only used to run it as a service.

You can also in avast right-click one of the interface icon (there are 4 like quick scan, free mobile security etc) and you change it for the virus chest. Then when you click the virus chest you will see strtvrl service and all the files that have been deleted, you can then restore it and add it to the exclusion list.
