Cannot save vray client license settings

I am getting an error "Cannot save settings" while using "Change Vray Client License Setting" to access the dongle which is plugged into my desktop from my labtop.
I typed my desktop IP address into the Primary License server, then OK. Both computers belongs to the same home group.

Right-click on the short cut and select "Run as Administrator" and see if it works better.
