vray light lister bug

changing color temp results in some kind of maxscript error, and changing light temp NOT in the lister, but while the lister is open results in a crash.

EDIT: see next post, forgot to say its just with vrayIES lights

I'm not getting any crashing. But in max 2012 with vray 3.00.07:
If I adjust the color temp in the lister, you see the temp adjusting on the fly within the rollout for the light selected. But if I change the color temp within the rollout, the number doesn't change within the Lister until a close and re-open it.

it only happens with vrayies lights, and POSSIBLY only with ones that have been merged in from old scenes....

Haha. I should have mentioned I only tested a vrayies light. But not one merged from an old scene..
You're running a newer version of Vray right?

hmmm, max seems to crash just when changing the color temp of my vrayIES regardless of if i use the lightlister or not.. might have to just remake the lights

If you still keep that scene around, can you save just the lights and send it to me at vlado@chaosgroup.com to check what may be wrong?

I ended up just making new vrayIES lights and deleting the old ones, no problems now.

i suspect is is to do with lights merged in from old scenes..

No, it was just a bug; it's fixed for the nightly builds, will port it to the stable branch too.
